Volunteer Opportunities
The Islamic Foundation of Lincoln would like to thank you for your willingness to volunteer. Volunteers play a **vital role** in our community, and we always need dedicated individuals to contribute to our growing needs.
By volunteering your time and effort for the sake of Allah (SWT), you are not only helping out others, but you are also gaining **immense rewards** from Allah (SWT), and improving your own skills and talents.
If you possess a skill that you would like to utilize to help the mosque grow or would like to help out in any way you can, please let us know. If you’re a student who needs volunteer hours, this is always welcomed too. We encourage everyone to volunteer, with the exception of roles involving supervision or custody of minors.

The Blessings of Good Deeds
“And everyone has a direction to that which he turns to; so, compete with one another in doing good deeds.”
(Holy Quran: 2:148)
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, “When a person dies, his/her deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him/her.”
Sahih At-Tirmidhi, Book 15, Hadith 57
